For over 30 years a Norwegian man has been molesting young boys. His method was to encourage them to put their hands into his trouser pocket which had a hole in it. This was on the pretext of helping him to find an object. Police official, Arne Joergen Olafsen, said in a statement.

“For a long time the molestation cases were treated as separate incidents,” he said, adding that the suspect “had shown a remarkable ability to make himself invisible” .
