This is the police ID photo of the father of four, Lam Luong, who threw his young children from a 24 metre bridge after an argument with his partner. She is understandably distressed and in shock, he is being held in custody. At this stage, no further information is available as to the cause and content of the argument and police are searching the river for the bodies of the children. None of the babies are expected to survive the fall into the river below.
